Every year, we conduct surveys to keep track of where the past participants of our W.O.M.E.N. event are, and whether the program was able to influence their career trajectory. Here are a few statistics to put the impact of the W.O.M.E.N. event in perspective:

We are proud to have run this event every year for more than a decade, even during a pandemic in 2020 (albeit virtually)
Girls ATTENDED THE w.o.m.e.n. event
With an average participation of 30 every year, we hope to have help in making informed career decisions for a large number of high school girls in rural upstate New York

All our participants have pursued college degree after graduating from high school. Many of them turn out to be Cornellians!
