Attending the PSCO Conference will allow me to make my second ever presentation ( andmy first internationally) on the research I have worked on during my two-year research-based Master’s degree. The opportunity to have my work exposed to others working towards the realization of perovskite development will benefit my career development and professional skills. I am wholly committed to a career in research working towards practical renewable energy scale-up. Exposure and networking with experimental research groups that I will have at this conference is imperative to the computational work I conduct This conference opportunity will help me to advance my presentation, communication, and leadership skills. My long-range professional goals are to lead a research group in a diverse and challenging environment, which will involve a focus on the development of novel semiconductor materials
